Executive Functioning Skills

Executive Functioning skills are required in almost every aspect of our lives, from paying attention to prioritizing tasks.

These skills start developing at birth and continues developing well into

our twenties (and even beyond!).

Executive Functioning Skills include the following:

From the moment we get out of bed and get dressed to brushing our teeth at the end of the day we have had to use our executive functioning skills constantly.

Our ability to fully participate, have positive interactions  and learn requires our executive functioning skill to be strong.
